How TCGMotion Ltd collects, uses and stores personal data for visitors to this site and for the staff of stores using the platform.
What we collect
From this website: the details you submit in the demo form (name, email, shop name, and anything you write in the message box), plus basic aggregate analytics. From the platform: the accounts your store creates, and the inventory and sales records you enter.
What we do with it
We use enquiry details solely to reply to you and arrange a demo. We do not add you to a marketing sequence without asking, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties.
Store data
Inventory, pricing rules, buy rates and sales history belong to your store. We do not share them with other stores and we do not use them to trade on our own account. Full export is available on request at any time.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries are kept for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@tcgmotion.co.uk.
